Construction of a new road on Kulanak Street in Bishkek has been completed
The Bishkek City Hall has announced that construction work on Kulanak Street in the capital has been completed and the road is now officially open to traffic.
The new road was built on a section 833 meters long and 8 meters wide, from 7 April Street to Kok-Jangak Street.
During construction, work was carried out on the roadbed, sidewalks, and the installation of an irrigation system on both sides of the road. Road signs were also installed and markings were applied to ensure traffic safety.
Construction of Kulanak Street began in July 2025. The implementation of this project is aimed at improving transport infrastructure, reducing traffic jams, and increasing the convenience of travel for residents and visitors to the capital.
The Bishkek City Hall continues its systematic work on developing the street and road network and improving transport accessibility to all areas of the city.
